Overview

Full-directional planetary ball mill is a necessary machine used for high-tech materials milling, fine grinding, powder mixing, nano powder making, new product development and small batch production. Full-directional planetary ball mill often has four ball grinding positions installed on one disc. When the turn disc rotates, the mill pots revolve on their own axis and make 360 degree rotation. And the balls in the tanks grind and mix samples in high speed movement. The product can smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry or wet methods. Minimum granularity of ground samples can be as small as 0.1 micron meter. It is widely used in the fields of Geology, Mining, Metallurgy, Electronics, Construction Material, Ceramics, Chemical Engineering, Light Industry Medicine, Environmental Protection etc.

Working Principle

Full-directional planetary ball mill has four working positions which can be installed with two or four mill jars on one turntable. When the turntable rotates, the jar axis makes planetary movement at high speed, the balls and materials inside the jars are impacted strongly in high speed movement, and materials are eventually ground into fine powder. Various kinds of different materials can be ground by means of dry or wet grinding method. The smallest granularity of output powder can be reached to 0.1μm or nano scale powder.
